Public Notice and Hearing for DOE Tribal Formula Grants – Zoom (Due 9/30)

AML and AFN are hosting two information sessions for Tribes to learn about the DOE Grid Resilience program and to get feedback on the proposed Statewide Tribal Program Template. One will be in-person at the Alaska Infrastructure Grant Symposium on Wed, Sept. 7 and the other will be via Zoom on Mon, Sept. 12.

These grants are non-competitive and every Tribe in Alaska may receive an award every year for five years. Each Tribe could receive around $65,000 per year for five years, for a total of approximately $325,000 per Tribe, on average. There will be application templates for Tribes and Technical Assistance provided to help Tribes apply.
