Join with other Alaska municipalities for an overview of training opportunities for utility operators and a discussion on the current trends in the operator workforce.  Alaska Municipal League will be administering an operator needs assessment survey in early 2026, and this session will give participants a chance to provide input on the survey as it is being developed.
