Alaska Infrastructure Week

September 6, 2022 - September 9, 2022

On September 6-9, 2022, AML and AFN are hosting multiple workshops and trainings at the Dena’ina Center in Anchorage, focused on Alaska’s strategic efforts to plan for and implement the federal infrastructure package (IIJA/BIL). These are centered around the Infrastructure Grant Symposium hosted by Sen. Murkowski on Sept. 7th.

The afternoon Grant Writing Training on Sept. 6th ought to be a great fit for people who are new to grant writing and want to grow their skill to apply for federal grants.

Many of the sessions on Sept. 8th & 9th are for subject matter experts and responsible officials in particular, and participants should expect active work sessions that lead to products or additional services.

Alaska’s local and Tribal governments, nonprofits and businesses, and the many supportive organizations and associations that contribute to community and regional development are all invited to attend.
