Maximizing Alaska’s benefits from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL)

Between federal relief and infrastructure investment, Alaska’s State, local, and Tribal governments have the opportunity to make formative change and address incredible need.

This website is a clearinghouse for information and resources to help Alaska organizations make the most of federal funding available under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). This collaborative effort focus on resources relevant to Alaskans, tracking funds coming to Alaska as well as current grant opportunities.

Alaska cities, boroughs, and tribes can complete this transportation project intake survey for assistance from DOT&PF and AML with project development and identifying funding opportunities. This survey will help you access funding opportunities for surface transportation projects and assist in developing strong project proposals for both state programs and competitive federal grant opportunities.
